    Just curious about this really but if I was to buy a piece of land or woodland with good access and a clearing would I be able to dandy there with friends, obviously not a commercial venture just for pleasure.

    I've looked at several and there are covenants but it says nothing about having family and friends camping on your land free of charge.

    Or if your thinking of buying into a campsite in France,Spain or Portugal you might find you still get visitors.
