B & M deep fat frier

Post by mike on Fri 06 Apr 2012, 5:07 pm

We bought one of the stainless steel mini frier's 1.5 lit tested it at home first and a word of warning if you put that much oil in it goes everywhere when you add the chips, its a great little frier just had chicken and chips but it only needs between 750ml and a litre of oil.

The frier is empty for transport but its staying in the dandy,we take two small coke bottles full of oil as the one it comes in leaks after opening and a plastic funnel to get it back in the bottles to take back home, the chicken breasts where done on the George forman.
