well we have now entered the thunder storm realm and most of the afternoon has been very wet.

sad to say that the force of the rain has removed all the heads from the poppies in both my front and back garden and i really love poppies Sad

It's raining as I type this from Somerset, but so what we're away and that's all that matters. Site is nice, woke up by ducks outside at 5ish this morning, off into Burnham later.

It looks miserable here today, heavy rain on and off all day yesterday but its getting windy here now too and it was a cold night. Feels more like October than July No If you are going away this weekend the weather may not be the best but just remember your camping in a Dandy cheers

It would be nice if there was a slight pause in the deluge from 7th - 9th August as we're camping in Buxton for our wedding anniversary (site called Clover Fields).

Well sat in my garden tonight fairy lights too and put the world to rights, I am far too soft drank too much rum and decided that we should head off in the morning in to the bright blue yonder with dandy. If we do is another question but think we should.

apparently we had thunder storms last night (didn't hear them and not cos i was asleep) but we did have a massive power cut across parts of norfolk and suffolk for a couple of hours. I lay in bed trying to figure out how to wash my hair this morning if it hadn't been fixed (electric shower)

thankfully all was back on by 10.30 Smile
