Just looked for details.
I've got the installation instructions but no notes on servicing.
Any place that services caravan heaters should offer this service.
If the heater was in a house then the service engineer would need to be gas safe registered. As far as I understand because the appliance is mobile this is not the case.
There is very little or nothing to service. If you look at the link below you will see a diagram showing how they work.
If they light and burn with a blue flame then they're working fine. If they don't stay lit it's the thermocouple and if the flame is tinged with orange the burner needs cleaning.
As entry is limited cleaning is limited to applying an air line blowing off tool through the screw off glass port.
I have seen the source of above information but can't seem to find it now.
Mike, John anyone else where will I have seen this?
Sorry it's not the answer you wanted and that I can't find the source for the answer I was trying to give.

You may have heard it from us Kevin ...... blowing it through with an airline is how it's done at Riva so that's how we do ours now. Very Happy

Try Gary from Gazavan: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] we've had very good service from Gary whilst we were away in our Dandy. He tells you the way it is without ripping you off.
