Try your local DIY superstore, we by accident found that they do sell them ..... we put one on the loft door, it is a small door and not a hatch as it's in a converted loft .... and small door means small as it's only half hight. May be cheaper, we got ours a few years ago now.

Yes but its nice there are so many things on a dandy we can still get
