Well lots of imponderables that only you will know about the condition.
It's an early brown. what is the tub skinned in? Not being able to see much I'd guess aluminium, but that would surprise me given that it has an awning with flaps on the batwings. Do you have the awning?
What would you use it for, you can't tow two at once?

It doesn't have mattresses, it apparently does have the awning.

Its going for what I think is cheap at £200 and was considering a project as that seems to be all the rage lately.

Projects are lovely if you want to play but how much have you paid for yours or how much do you antiipate it will sell for then what will this cost to get into a similar condition?
If you end up buying a Destiny of some form and this provides an alternative quick break vehicle great.
