That does look good. I love the all white dandies.

Did Ian have to fit the flap and press studs as well or were they already there?

Ian did everything, the press studs are blue to match the stripes on the dandy, very thoughtful.

Either that or it's what he had in stock at the moment!
No doubt that is an outrageous slander but it is inspired by the BSA manner in which many Dandies were built.

For those younger than 50 BSA are a firearm manufacturer but were also manufacturers of vans, cars, motorcycles and bicycles. They were in fact the worlds largest manufacturer of motorcycles at one point. BSA standing for Birmingham Small Arms but oft derided as Bits Scraps and Allsorts for using whatever was in the parts bin at the time of manufacture.

The picture clearly illustrates why purchasing a roll of PVC and making your own skirts isn't the same. A proper job requires flaps to get rainwater to flow over the skirt.

Are the flaps heat sealed or stitched as well ?

Is it just to show off the skirt better or do you not have an awning? I'm sure the skirt wasn't cheap, what do you actually use it for?

I just have one skirt and a sun canopy. I put the trailer cover upside down at the side of the trailer before erecting and it then forms a ground sheet under the skirt. Everything gets stored under there and it keeps everything tidy.
