As the internet is catching on, people are becoming couch potatoes. Outdoor activities and other hobbies have become a passe'. I still remember how in the pre internet days we used to splash around in the swimming pool. Now the kids simply sit morosly in front of the monitor typing on the keyboard, and munching cookies. Its leading to obesity and many health related problems. We should try to promote outdoor hobbies.

RIP the C50, C70 and C90. Beautiful for what they were.

I saw a C70 or C90 being ridden through Bradford the other month by a lady (?) in an 80's or early 90's full one piece Dainese leather suit.
Oh how I just smirked.

It's been a while since anyone posted on this thread,

I've enjoyed playing with photography ....... it is playing really because although I enjoy it I haven't taken it very seriously Embarassed the reason being that I've been getting back into making cakes ..... well more decorating them really although the cakes do taste great the fun for me is in the decoration. It's not as easy as it looks, the fondant melts in your hands whilst trying to work with it Shocked and these days people want cake pops ...... well the damn cake falls off the stick while your trying to dip it in chocolate affraid Things have moved on so much since my cake days, there are so many new techniques to learn and although challenging I find it really interested.

A few of my favourites

As some may have noticed my posting has dropped of late, this is due to several things but not to do with the forum, the one proper break i get each week is when we take mother inlaw to feed the ducks.I try to make the most of this and go equipped with camera and gear, normally i get a couple of hours at the lake to practice my other hobby.
