    Memory foam toppers at ASDA

Post  Tow Itch on Thu Jan 05, 2012 1:44 pm

I remember some of you raving about memory foam mattress toppers.(oh the things age causes you to be excited about!)
I couldn't find anything relating to price though.
Just looked on the internet though and the price from ASDA looks like a good deal.
Single and Kingsize either £50. Not much of a deal on the single but the kingsize looks substantially cheaper.
Not really a Dandy purchase though.
They had memory foam pillows too but I can't remember the price.

They do have them on sale in Netto every year at reasonable prices. A single is too small but you can get a larger one remove the outer cover and cut it down to size.

Thats what I did for my FC but they weigh a bit also especially as the most comfortable ones need to be 5cm thick

ours is 5cm thick the most important factor is density of foam ours is 65kg/m3 memory foam can vary between 40-85kg/m3.
We found a small double online it was 120 x 192cm which was a perfect fit for the dandy it came with a removable cover i think we paid £69

Welcome cath when my self inflating air bed gives up the ghost i think a topper will be its replacement, thickness and density are important normally but it would be nice to get one that can be left on the bed when folded away.

I missed this post ............ Welcome to the forum Cath.

That's a really good price for a topper, I am going to get one so my other half can have one on his side too.
