Just been to order my transit cover in bright orange 
and have had a brief chat about a porch awning at the moment ime thinking i will prepare my self financially over the summer months then bite the bullet and get what i rely want,the guy in question works with pvc,canvass or the new acrylic fabrics plus other materials i have never heard of,so at some stage during the good weather i will make a frame from an old frame tent i have and go to see him about October time.

we wasted a lot of time and money trying different things but had fun trying 
so it's probably more cost effective to recycle a frame and get a cover made by the professionals.
