No more updates as everything has ground to a holt with current work load Sad

Managed to get a few bits done on my T5 & booked in for some paint

Got some exhaust flanges laser cut for the T25 to fit the 1.9TDi Turbo to the 1.6TD manifold so it sits right on the engine due to the 1.6TD engine mounting. Also managed to get a few things in for powder coating & quite a selection of parts in stock to build it back up (Dont expect to see it this year)

Dandy's still built up in the workshop & dusty but makes a great store for all the new boxed VW parts...Waiting for my Propex box to return all laser cut out & folded ready to sink into my floor

I'll have it sprayed in zinc etch primer & satin black then when it's in the floor I will seal it from underneath & Shultz it along with the rest of the chassis

Box needed to be 35mm wider & i wanted vents laser cut into the box to allow air flow

I will be fitting the heater pipe with a silencer so the combustion noise is limited inside the living area...Im hoping nick agree's & decides to go for a HS2000 Upgrade with GSM capability Laughing

More updates this weekend as the clocks ticking for woodall & i still havnt fitted my EHU & leisure battery system

I am more likely to be upgrading suspension before i change my perfectly working HS1800 heater for a new one.I am going to be very interested to hear and see your propex installation when done.
I might be tempted by GSM activated switch though Very Happy

DANDY UPDATES:

Bearings out & cleaned for re-packing before Woodall

(Thankyou to Nick & Vicky for supplying me with the part numbers before i removed them Very Happy)

***BEARING ON ORDER TO REPLACE AFTER WOODALL***

MK2 of the heater box isnt finished yet so no propex installation to show off just yet.

The upgraded box will have better ventilation & a 30mm width increase

Dandy could be for sale with or without propex heater upgrade (Price dependent)

I will be converting my VW T5 Transporter (The silver one) to have a pop top SCA roof & bed
