Hi! Helen.
Many thanks for your Welcome.
I must admit I’m in a bit of a dilemma. My wife and have been camping for many years, most of the time in North Wales. A beautiful country
Now as we are getting a little older we need a little more comfort. I would have liked a little Caravan unfortunately we can’t fit it on the drive hence why we’re looking at Trailer tents.

Welcome seadipper if its a trailer tent or folding camper then the dandy will fit the bill nicely, warm, dry, off the ground and you dont need to dry it if packed away wet.

Welcome seadipper

Post by Helen on Mon 13 Feb 2012, 2:11 pm

Hi, if you look in holiday snaps you will find someone called Coffee1 has posted some pictures of North Wales - my worse half - we love going there but found camping a bit difficult due to health issues and perhaps a little old age creeping in too. We bought our Dandy and still go often to North Wales usually Colwyn Bay ........... the Dandy has enabled us to carry on camping, just with a bit more ease and comfort. We camp at the same sites we did before cheers cheers cheers

Dandy stands up against all our British weather gale force winds and with all the comfort of a caravan without the towing and parking problems

Hello and We've had our Dandy for less than a year and a canvas trailer tent for two years prior to that, the Dandy is better in everyway. Good luck in your search.

to the site Seadipper. I'm sure that most of us came to Dandying with a degree of trepidation but then realised just how good they are. Far superior to any form of tent or other folding camper. Without the bells and whistles of a caravan but also without the hassles of a caravan. Best advice I can give is to give it a try. If you don't like it sell it and put the money to a caravan. Bet you you don't though!

See you're in Southport. It's not intercontinental travel to Riva Leisure. Give I Ian a call to check he'll be in.
They might be at the top end of the price bracket but are serviced and guaranteed. Also a good place to gain a rough idea of what your looking at.
